Why me

I'm Skai — short for Skaidrius, a Lithuanian name that literally means "transparent." Fitting, because that's the whole method: every finding carries a receipt you can check yourself. I've been writing software for thirty years.

100% written

No calls to schedule — that's a feature. Everything is a report you can forward, re-read, and act on without a meeting.

Every finding carries a receipt

A file path and line number, or a live URL and what it returned when fetched. No finding ships without something you can check yourself — the discipline of 10+ years as a professional internal auditor (business activity & compliance, incl. supervising audit methodology in the public sector).

A tested track record

Team lead of the CRO group & Shopify developer on a DTC subscription coffee brand: 100 A/B tests in 12 months, store conversion 1.8% → 5.8% — shipping quantity-tiered bundles, subscription pricing, and heatmap/recording-driven testing. Also built its SEO from zero to page one of Google, plus review monitoring, retention programs, advertorials. (Client work — brand name withheld.)

My own products are the portfolio

Live and checkable right now: pingpongarena.app and casaagne.es. No borrowed logos, no invented case studies.

Audited and fixed — by the same person

No client testimonials here. The proof is that the fixes actually shipped to production, with receipts instead of adjectives.

PingPong Arena — real-time tournament SaaS

Freemium funnel, 8 locales

FoundFree tier promised a shareable "viewer link" it doesn't deliver — live across 8 landing surfaces, an EU misleading-claim exposure.

ShippedTruthful Free-tier copy across all 8 surfaces, all 8 locales.

FoundNo password-reset flow existed at all — a silent churn hole for returning users.

ShippedWorking password-reset flow: "Forgot password?" link → recovery email → reset page.

FoundThe most-shared page in the product — the public tournament report — was a dead end with no link back.

ShippedLoop-back CTAs added on the report and calendar pages, UTM-tagged.

FoundZero trust signals above the fold — no proof it's real software, not a mockup.

ShippedA landing-page Proof section: three real product screenshots, honest positioning, 8 locales.

FoundNo llms.txt, no AI-crawler entries in robots.txt — invisible to AI answer engines.

ShippedGEO foundation released: llms.txt, AI-crawler allowlist, pricing + FAQPage schema, sitemap.

FoundThe FAQ claimed 3 supported languages while the page's own structured data listed seven — a live, crawlable contradiction.

ShippedStale language-count contradiction corrected everywhere it appeared.

Status: live in production, verified post-deploy (correct content-types, correct JSON-LD, correct copy on the running site). This is the seller's own product — the proof is that fixes ship end-to-end. Traffic and conversion metrics are still accumulating; no uplift numbers are claimed or invented.

Casa Agne — direct-booking vacation rental

Local business, 7 locales

FoundZero indexed pages — the sitemap had never been submitted to Search Console.

ShippedSitemap submitted — the highest-ROI fix on the table, and it wasn't a code problem.

FoundNo direct-booking path existed anywhere — every CTA routed to Airbnb.

ShippedDual-path booking copy in all 7 locales — direct WhatsApp enquiry alongside Airbnb.

FoundMobile had no booking button below the fold — hidden under 1024px, on 55–70% of traffic.

ShippedSticky mobile CTA bar — Book + WhatsApp, shown under 1024px.

FoundA "★4.8" rating with no review count, and no FAQPage schema despite 10 good FAQs already on the page.

ShippedFAQPage JSON-LD plus an enriched VacationRental schema — aggregate rating, reviews, images.

FoundHalf the gallery was hot-linked from Airbnb's own CDN — couldn't rank in Image Search, fragile.

ShippedSelf-hosted images, rewrote all 10 gallery alt texts with location-anchored copy.

Status: deployed and verified live — new keyword titles, /llms.txt returning 200, schema present in the rendered page, zero remaining Airbnb-CDN references. This is the seller's own property listing — the proof is a shipped, checkable diff. Pricing anchor and host photos were deliberately not added; they need real rates and real photos, not invented placeholders. No traffic or booking numbers are claimed.

Two funnels, one report

CRO

  • Value proposition — does the page say, in one glance, what this is and who it's for
  • CTA hierarchy — one obvious next action, on every device
  • Trust signals — real screenshots and proof vs. bare claims, verifiable review counts
  • Friction — dead ends, missing recovery flows, broken loop-backs on high-traffic pages
  • Pricing presentation — is the free tier honest, is paid-tier value visible at the moment of the wall
  • Funnel and paywall moments — instrumented so the next decision is data, not a guess

GEO

  • AI-assistant citation checks — what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews actually say about you, and whether it's true
  • llms.txt — present, and accurate against what's actually shipped
  • AI-crawler policy — robots.txt correctly allows or restricts named bots without accidental gaps
  • Structured data — JSON-LD that matches the live page, not a stale or duplicated graph
  • Factual consistency — the same facts stated identically everywhere, so no answer engine synthesizes a contradiction

Before you order

Do we need a call?

No — and that's by design. Everything happens in writing: your intake form, my questions, the report, and (on the top tier) 14 days of Q&A. You get answers you can re-read and forward, not notes from a meeting. I never require calls at any tier.

What exactly is the "AI-visibility" part?

I check how AI assistants — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews — describe your brand and whether they cite you for the queries your buyers actually ask. The middle tier gets a snapshot of the current state. The top tier gets a full GEO audit: citation checks across assistants, llms.txt, your robots/AI-crawler policy, and structured-data gaps, plus concrete fixes in the implementation backlog.

Will this guarantee a conversion increase?

No, and be wary of anyone who guarantees one. An audit identifies what's most likely suppressing conversions and AI visibility, ranked by expected impact vs. effort. What I guarantee is the deliverable: specific, prioritized, on time.

What do I receive, concretely?

A written report (PDF + Markdown) with numbered findings. Each finding: screenshot or quote of the element, why it's a problem, what to change, and a priority score. The top tier adds a separate implementation backlog formatted as ticket-ready tasks with acceptance criteria — paste them straight into Jira, Linear, or Trello.

Do you implement the fixes too?

This is the audit. If you want implementation afterwards, message me and we can scope it as a separate custom offer — still fully async.

Do you need access to my analytics or code?

No access is required. Read-only analytics access (or even screenshots of your funnel numbers) makes the prioritization sharper, but the audit stands without it. I never need code access or admin rights.
